Collection: Injection Pump Rebuild Service

Thank you for your interest in our injection pump rebuild and calibration to factory specifications. Service with 1-year unlimited mile warranty. Once the store listing is paid for, please ship your old pump (core) to us. Kindly provide your shipping address for the return of your rebuilt items, along with your phone number and email address for multiple contact options.

The standard timeframe for rebuilding and updating your part is 2 to 7 business days. However, if the pump is seized or the nozzles for your injectors are hard to obtain, it may take longer.

If you can turn the shaft and it's not frozen, then it's likely fine. Please note that a new head and rotor are not included in the price of a regular rebuild. We will inform you if we encounter any issues and will contact you before proceeding further.

Once your part is ready, we will cover the shipping of the pump or injectors to the specified address. Please ensure that the fuel is drained from the pump and wrap it in plastic bags to prevent leakage. Additionally, if you could provide us with the tracking number, it would be appreciated.
