Collection: Injection Pump Rebuild Service

Thank you for your interest in and or purchase of our injection pump rebuild and calibration service. With 1-year unlimited mile warranty.

 Once the store listing is paid for, please ship your old pump (core) to us. Kindly provide your shipping address for the return of your rebuilt items, along with your phone number and email address for multiple contact options, all in the same package you're shipping your unit to us in.

The standard timeframe for rebuilding and updating your part is 2 to 10 business days. However, if the pump is seized or the nozzles for your injectors are hard to obtain, it may take longer.

 
All our pumps are calibrated to factory specs by the model number stamped on your pump. All our rebuilt pumps come with a "unlimited miles or one year warranty."

If you can turn the shaft and it's not frozen, then it's likely fine. Please note that a new head and rotor are not included in the price of a regular rebuild. We will inform you if we encounter any issues and will contact you before proceeding further.

Once your part is ready, we will cover the shipping of the pump or injectors to the specified address. Please ensure that the fuel is drained from the pump and wrap it in plastic bags to prevent leakage.

 Additionally, if you could provide us with the tracking number, it would be appreciated.
