Delphi DPS & DP200 Injection Pump Rebuild Service

Send us your Delphi (Lucas CAV) DPS or DP200 rotary injection pump and we'll rebuild it, calibrate it to factory specs, and ship it back. Altamonte Diesel has been in business since 2016, rebuilding diesel injection pumps from our Central Florida shop in Orlando, FL 32810.

What can change the price

The listed price is for a standard rebuild. It can cost more if the pump:

• is seized (the drive shaft should turn two full revolutions)
• has been in an engine fire
• was already taken apart elsewhere (some exceptions apply)
• has a broken housing or broken mounting "dog ears"
• has broken electronic parts or connectors

A new head and rotor aren't included in a standard rebuild. If we find a major problem or need extra parts, we'll contact you before going further.

How the mail-in rebuild works

1. Buy this listing, drain all fuel, and seal the pump in plastic bags with a note giving your return address, phone and email.
2. Ship it, tracked and insured at your cost, to Altamonte Diesel, 5222 Sailwind Circle, Orlando, FL 32810 · 321-439-6144.
3. We rebuild, calibrate and ship it back. Return shipping and insurance to US addresses are included for a standard rebuild.

Local drop-off: In the Orlando / Central Florida area? You can drop off your pump in person by appointment. Call 321-439-6144 first.

Turnaround: typically 5 to 12 days after we receive your pump, and longer if parts are hard to find. Turnaround isn't guaranteed.

Warranty: 1-year, unlimited-mile warranty. Full terms: Warranty.
