Sending In Your Injection Pump or Injectors for Rebuild & Calibration

Thank you for choosing Altamonte Diesel! All our rebuilt pumps and injectors are calibrated to factory specs based on the model number stamped on your unit and come with a 1-Year, Unlimited Mile Warranty.

Once you have paid for the store listing, please follow these steps to send us your old pump or injectors (core):

1. Prep and Package Your Unit

• Drain the Fuel: Please ensure all fuel is completely drained from the pump.

• Bag It: Wrap the unit tightly in sealed plastic bags to prevent any leakage during transit.

• Include Your Contact Info: Inside the box, you must include a note with your return shipping address, phone number, and email address so we have multiple ways to contact you.

2. Ship to Altamonte Diesel You are responsible for the shipping and insurance costs to send your unit to us. We highly recommend using a trackable service and fully insuring the package, as we are not responsible for parts lost or damaged in transit to our shop. Providing us with the tracking number is appreciated, but not required.

3. The Rebuild Process

• Timeframe: The standard turnaround time for rebuilding and calibrating your part is 2 to 10 business days. If your pump is seized or if specific injector nozzles are difficult to obtain, it may take longer.

• Condition Notes: If you can turn the shaft and it is not frozen, your pump is likely fine for a standard rebuild. Please note that a new head and rotor are not included in the price of a regular rebuild.

• Communication: If we encounter any major issues or need additional parts, we will contact you before proceeding further.

4. Return Shipping to You Once the rebuild is complete, we will cover the cost of shipping and insurance to send the finished pump or injectors back to your specified address. For a standard rebuild, it will be shipped back at the price paid for on the listing with no further steps required from you!
