Returns:

  • A full refund is available within 30 days of the invoice date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was purchased.
  • Returns must be inspected by the store before a refund can be issued. This is to ensure that the item is in the same condition as when it was purchased.
  • Returns are not accepted for installed parts or electrical items. These items are not returnable due to their specialized nature and potential safety hazards.
  • A copy of the original invoice and reason for return must accompany all returns. This is necessary for tracking purposes and to ensure that the return is legitimate.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded unless there is an error on the order. If there is an error on the order, the store will provide a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return process.
  • . Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund process to be completed.

Core Returns:

  • Core must be removed from the engine and not disassembled, seized, contaminated, or considered "junkyard" cores. This is to ensure that the core is in a reusable condition.
  • To receive core credit in a timely manner, follow the listed steps: drain the unit of fuel and oil, package the unit carefully, enclose a copy of your invoice, and ship the core to the specified address.

  • Allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund process to be completed. Once the core has been inspected and processed, a credit will be issued to your account.

 

Additional Notes:

  • All returns and exchanges must be shipped to the specified address. Please include your name, address, and order number with all returns and exchanges.
  • The store is not responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging or shipping. If your item is damaged during shipping, you should file a claim with the freight carrier.
  • If there is a discrepancy with your order, please notify the store within 5 business days. This will allow the store to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
