Returns and Core Returns
Full refund available within 30 days
All returns or exchanges must be inspected by us before an exchange item or credit can be issued.
We will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the invoice date.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for installed parts or electrical items.
A copy of the original invoice and reason for return must accompany all returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged order from us, file a claim with the freight carrier as soon as possible and keep the original packing materials for inspection. We take great care when shipping products and strive to always ship the correct quantity. However, if there is a discrepancy, please notify us within 5 business days. If we made an error on your order, we will reimburse return surface shipping.

CORE Return policy.
We will inspect the core upon receiving it and promptly refund the credit card used for the original order. Cores must be removed from the engine and should not be disassembled, seized, contaminated with fry grease or excessive water, or be considered "junkyard" cores in order to qualify for a full core credit.
In order to receive core credit in a timely manner, please follow the steps listed below.
1. Drain the unit of fuel and oil and place them in a plastic bag to prevent leaks. If the leaking fluid is not sealed thoroughly, it will destroy the packaging.
2. Package unit carefully. Any damage to the unit from shipping may affect you core credit.
3. Enclose a copy of your invoice.
